We Care Private Duty Residential Nursing Services offers 24/7 Outstanding Professional and Caring Nursing Staff! My Wife Suffers from having a Stroke and Elizabeth RN and M’s D LPN have really helped her Reach a Much Better Quality of Life. I have definitely seen almost Daily Improvements in what my Spouse is able to do! I’m a Retired Hospital Administrator and for a Period of Time was The Chairman of the Board of Maryland Licensed Nursing Home Administrators. I am writing on behalf of myself and my husband to give We Care Private Duty Services an outstanding five-star rating for providing superior health care to people of all ages. My husband, Howard, has been residing in an assisted living facility for nearly four years due to some major health issues. Prior to his moving there I had used the services of We Care to provide him with a home caregiver while he was still living in our house. That caregiver made a world of difference in his life and mine. She was kind, caring, considerate and very skilled in dealing with an older person with some disabilities. When it became necessary to move him to a residential health care facility I asked our We Care caregiver to continue assisting him in the new place. It was truly the best decision I have made in terms of giving him the best opportunity for a high quality of life in this residential setting. He has had round the clock caregiving services from We Care for the past three and a half years and, because of the excellent care they have all given him, he is able to participate in all the various activities the facility offers to its residents both on and off campus. All of the staff and workers at We Care are friendly, helpful and a deliglht to deal with and, in my opinion, they have added many extra years to my husband's life.

Care providers are okay but experiences with admin are highly unprofessional. This field requires a level of carefulness and attention to detail that have not been met. Much room for improvement.

My mother moved into an assisted living facility in 2023 and we reluctantly said goodbye to years of excellent in-home care with WeCare. In January 2025 my mother returned to the facility after a hospital stay that left her in critical shape. We had to bring in hospice, but the facility couldn't attend to Mom's needs. We called WeCare for a private aide to work alongside the facility and it was the smartest move we made. If it were not for the attentive care and love from WeCare's aides, Mom would not be with us today.
