Nice place, but advertised as 'chef-prepared meals?' Our relative lives there; for the price, the excuse for food that they serve is awful. Pay more for better kitchen help.<br>Aug. 2026: Hot water heaters all go out at once for many days?! No warm showers. The only elevator in a 700+ person facility was broken for a week! How were elderly and handicapped people supposed to get down stairs for meals, appointments, etc.? The only one (1) elevator was apparently grandfathered in, but shame on management for not immediately putting in a second elevator! They need an alternate, as elevators break. The residents pay enough and should never be treated like this!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Your life could be in danger, the only elevator goes out for 2 weeks at a time, corporate does not care. I am wheelchair bound on the second floor for going on 10 days, no answer when it will be repaired, they are providing no fluids at all… 2 nd time in less than a year…. HORRIBLE establishment

Well, I had no experience with what "living facilities" were really all about, and now I'm realizing that an independent living facility is an introduction to what all the other facilities are going to be like as I transcend from independent to assisted to...<br><br>I can't compare the facility to other facilities, but I can certainly say I want for nothing here, except maybe being able to have a double cheeseburger delivered to my room. Seems this place has a limit of how much food you're allowed to eat.<br><br>There is a constant flow of people coming in from early in the morning to late in the afternoon. That was something I had to get used to. Now I like it because everybody who comes in is concerned about me, and a lot of them have great personalities. From the people at the front desk, to the maintenance crew, to the management, to the people like Cleone who bend over backwards to make sure I'm comfortable, safe, and am able to live my best life, I couldn't be happier.<br><br>My only complaint is that you can check out any time you like… but you can never leave.<br><br>As long as you pay the rent.
