Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Boynton Beach Rehab and the incredible staff who have become like family to us throughout my grandmother and father’s care. From the moment they arrived, we were met with compassion, kindness, and genuine dedication from every department in the facility. John Kelly does an amazing job staying in the know about all of the residents while also taking the time to truly get to know the families. His level of involvement and care is something you don’t see often. Jodi works tirelessly to ensure the facility is always spotless, warm, and welcoming. Jennie, the customer service liaison, has been an absolute blessing to our family — always on top of everything, always willing to answer questions, and always lending a listening ear during difficult moments. She has truly become like family to us. Sherrington has been nothing short of an angel. During my grandmother’s time on hospice, she stopped by several times a day to offer comforting words and support to both my grandmother and our family. She even brought in a CD player to help make my grandmother’s transition more peaceful and comforting. My father is wheelchair-bound, and on the days he cannot make it out of bed, she thoughtfully brings him little pieces of the joyful daily events happening in the dining hall so he never feels forgotten or left out. That level of compassion is impossible to teach — it comes from the heart. Gigi in the salon is incredible and takes such pride in keeping the residents well groomed and feeling good about themselves. The night before my grandmother passed, she did her hair for her, and if you knew my grandma, you’d know just how much that meant. She rarely went a day in her life without being “done up,” and that simple act brought such dignity and comfort during an incredibly emotional time for our family. Silnise in the business office has also been absolutely amazing, patiently taking the time to go over billing and helping our family navigate everything with kindness and professionalism. And finally, every single nurse we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care. During my grandmother’s passing, they treated her — and all of us — with so much love, gentleness, and compassion. There were hugs, comforting words, and genuine empathy every step of the way. Boynton Beach Rehab brings a smile to our faces every time we walk through the doors. We are endlessly grateful for the love and care they have shown our family and would highly recommend entrusting your loved ones to them. One thing I will say: kindness goes a very long way. The staff here work incredibly hard every single day, and in our experience, treating them with respect and appreciation creates such a beautiful and supportive environment for everyone involved ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay here at Boynton beach rehab center, the building was so clean and elegant. The care here has exceeded my expectations since day one, the aides are so gentle and friendly, always came in the room with a smile on and a great attitude. The food here definitely needs to be praised more! The housekeepers kept the rooms and building immaculate! The Director of nursing was so involved with my case, it felt like I had family here. I have to add that the administrator here has to be one of the most considerate and dedicated professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My aide Natasha took care of me so well I wish I could take her home with me! Jennifer who is my nurse here is hands down the best nurse who's been involved in my life. I would recommend this facility to everyone!

This facility truly stands out for the level of care and compassion it provides. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive and supportive environment they’ve created for their residents. What really makes a difference, though, is staff like Martin. He goes above and beyond in a way that feels genuine, not just part of the job. He treats every resident with real patience, respect, and dignity, and you can tell he truly cares about their well-being. The way he shows up every day with kindness, attentiveness, and heart doesn’t go unnoticed. People like him are the reason families feel at ease knowing their loved ones are in good hands.

This facility is the real deal! As a nurse of 56 years and having participated in rehabilitation programs, multiple times, in the past 22 months, I am very grateful for my most recent experience at Boynton Beach rehabilitation center. The nursing staff is knowledgeable and responsive..The aides are kind and usually prompt to respond to the call bell. The Therapy program and staff, for both Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy are excellent and very focused on individual needs.. I made great progress while there- enough to be fortunate to return to my home and function independently, with the assistance of a walker. God bless Boynton Beach Rehab Center!
