Very old facility. Understaffed and not that clean They did clean prior to an inspection. Staff seems more interested in talking with each other than taking care of the patients. Overly loud and they don't have ice machines. They use coolers to store ice in and when it runs out the patients suffer. Only have 3 TV channels. The beds are antique and the mattresses are so thin and worn the bars in the bed frame can be felt through them. Have never seen a meal served that wasn't undercooked and cold. Fire control sprinklers are located inside plywood storage closets. If I could find an open bed in another facility I would have my loved one moved tomorrow. Bottom line this place needs a couple or maybe 10 million in upgrades. If that can't be done a bulldozer and excavator would be a cheaper solution. Also, there are people in this facility that need serious medical attention. Was told today that there is only a Dr. available on Modays and Wednesday's and then only part of the day depending on the work load.

These people are wonderful !! Every single member of the staff has been very kind to us and our loved one. Our family member has been very well cared for ***and the other residents seem calm and content.*** The vibe couldn't be better. I'm very grateful. I'd definitely recommend this facility. 10/5 stars !!

My wife had been very sick with an infection. Well in the hospital they discovered that part of her problem was that she would need spine surgery. She was sent to the windsor house to recover and receive therapy to gain strength for surgery. The place stunk and was filthy. The toilite seat in her bathroom was broken almost causing her to fall off of it. I received a call the next day that my wife had fallen. They blamed it on my wife. When I asked her about it she said that she had kept trying to get the nurses to come help her to the bathroom but no one would come. She got tired of laying in her urine and feces so she tried to handle it herself. After she fell she lost feeling in her legs and can barely move them. My wife went there to heal and prepare for surgery now her prognosis looks bleak. I am definitely not done with this. Please do not send your loved one here there chances for any positive help are close to 0.

The team at Windsor House has been caring for a sibling of mine for the past ten months. The process is a work in progress and one that I continue to support. I would say my sibling is shown love, is not abused and great attempts are being made to support her needs. The overall aesthetics are being improved, but the core of it all is good. It's evidenced by some true to the heart personnel who gives the facility a thumbs up in my book.

This is a horrible place!! The smell when you walk in is horrible. They have people screaming for help because they can’t reach there call button because they have them tied up so they can’t get to them. Shower area is completely falling in. My grandmother went 9 days without a bath or shower or even having a washcloth/bedbath bath because the water in the shower was burning people because they was getting as hot as 130 degrees. They told us yesterday that they can’t drink the sink water because there so much rust in the pipes and they can’t get the pipes fixed. But they give them water to take meds and to drink with their meals. My grandmother had to stand out in the hall because another lady walked in her room and pee in her bed and they wouldn’t remove the lady and I had to find my grandma a chair for her to sit in bc she been standing for so long her legs was shaking. Over all I wouldn’t recommend putting your love one in here. We are currently trying to find another nursing home for my grandmother
