We have been very happy with HALO Homecare. The personal touch and extreme professionalism from the owner, Shamica Johnson, has been amazing. My parent has been pleased with the service and care they have received from HALO Homecare. From the owner, Shamica Johnson, making sure our parents’ shifts are covered with great caregivers, to the caregivers themselves who show true care and kindness. Halo Homecare was wonderful! Shamica, the owner, was very nice and responsive from beginning to end! It really meant a lot. I'm single and alone in the city. A friend cancelled for a medical procedure. Out of 3 facilities contacted, Shamica responded within the hour and set up a time to discuss my needs. On the day of the procedure, I forgot to factor in the 1st day of school which was the same day as the procedure. I contacted the caregiver 45 minutes before her expected arrival to say if she wanted to arrive early, I will be ready and would really appreciate it as there were many schools between my home & the medical center. I apologized for the short notice as well. The caregiver was so nice and arrived early. Horeja, the caregiver, was so personable and friendly. We talked & laughed all the way to the appointment - which helped to reduce my internal stress. I arrived well in advance of my appointment and was called back immediately. Shamica and her staff were awesome. I felt like they were members of my family helping me in a time of need. I'm happy to know their service and caring nature are here when I need them! Thank you for the wonderful experience and professional service! I wish you and your agency continued success!

I just cannot rave enough about Halo Homecare and their employees! Robin was the caregiver that was assigned to us and let me tell you she came right in and took care of my parents like they were her own! She even saved my dad's life one day when he took too much of his medication. She called 911 and then me and her boss Shamica drove my mother to the ER and waited there until I could make it to the hospital. Paramedics said that if Robin had waited to call 911 that my dad would not have been alive right now! I just cannot thank you so much Halo for having such a wonderful, observant care giver like Robin on your team!

Words cannot express the care, love, professionalism and just overall amazingness of the services offered by Halo Homecare. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Halo Homecare providers cared for my bed bound mother while I was at work and my non-verbal, partially paralyzed father. The attention to detail and the love that was poured into my parents is nothing short of a gift from God. They gave me peace and I did not worry about mistreatment! I highly highly recommend their services. They were prompt and knowledgeable of all aspects of Homecare. They were caring, soft and patient. They actually listened and treated my parents like real people/ individuals! They are very reasonably priced and for the quality of service they provide you get way more than what you pay for. If you’re ever in need of home care, Halo Homecare is defiantly the first choice!
