My sister is a relatively new resident at Madison Manor but I cannot say enough good things about her care and all the staff who interact with her. Everyone is friendly, caring, respectful and engaged with each resident, even those whose may be a little annoying. In two weeks my sister has gained 4 pounds and her verbal communication has actually improved much to our surprise and delight. Thank you to all who work here.

We could not have asked for a better place for my mom to live. The staff is so in sink with each other. The love flows from staff to patient. All residents are loved as though they are family members. The care is wonderful! My mother is clean and super well groomed! We love this residence for her and are so grateful to the person who recommended it to us! Everything we were told is true.

The Jett family is so very grateful to the staff, nurses, CNAs, and all who took care of our precious mother during her stay at Madison Manor from September 2025 to February 2026. Mom celebrated her 90th birthday there and we, as her family, could not have asked for more in terms of their kindness, patience, love and thorough care they showed her. The staff witnessed her lowest moments as she had to learn to depend on others for everything, and they comforted her, let her cry, consoled her, prayed for her, respected her, protected her dignity and reassured her. This played out so many times when we were not able to visit during our busy lives. The staff called and reported to us specific details of any issue or problem Mom faced; they told us exactly what it was and how they were medically treating it and why. They were so thorough and professional. No matter what mood Mom was in, they worked with her, encouraged her, but ultimately always respected her wishes. They catered to her late morning schedule and tried not to wake her until after 10am. They loved her and she loved them. They had mutual respect and appreciation for each other. As her family, I cannot overstate how grateful my brothers and I felt to know that Mom was in gracious capable hands, being watched over and tended to 24/7. She never developed a bed sore while there. In fact, they treated and helped her heal from a bed sore she got while in a hospital. They never talked down to her, dismissed her feelings or treated her in any way that made her feel lesser. They did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable and entertained as she wished. In closing, I highly recommend Madison Manor. It is old, cinder block walls, but cozy, intimate, warm, friendly — all the things that matter to someone approaching the end of life. If you are in need of a place for an elderly relative and are lucky enough to catch Madison Manor with an availability, it is the best thing you can do for someone who has reached the point that they cannot care for themselves and living at home is dangerous. Madison Manor gave us peace of mind and relief when we could not be with our mother around the clock. The entire staff is simply doing God’s work. Love, the family of Doris Jett

I was discriminated against for having disabilities. This place should have been accepting but was the opposite. The elderly and rehab residents were neglected. If your loved one does not have diabetes before they get there, they’re likely to develop it because the food is not nutritious. It is full of sugar and calories. They say it is because they want to fatten up the elderly people because they don’t eat enough when in fact, it is just an excuse for poor diet. There is a large insect problem with roaches and other bugs. Residents do not always get baths while some do not bathe for a year or longer. Do not bring your loved one here unless you want them to die lonely. When you take a tour, they act like everything’s OK and when you visit they do the same, but the second you leave your loved one is abandoned and lonely. Many are so lonely that they die with a broken heart literally. Run run run from this place.

My mother lived out her last days at Madison Manor. I was overwhelmed with gratefulness of the kindness the staff and nurses showed me and my mother. It made the pain more bearable to endure. I would highly recommend their facility
