So far so good!! Windsor Hills has an incredible staff !! They are welcoming and very patient with me during this transition. They are taking such good care of my mom and I will be forever grateful for that. Windsor Hills is a diamond in the rough and a true example for not judging a book by its cover. The building reflects its age, but the staff reflects a genuine willingness to help and care for the residents.

I recently had the opportunity to spend time at this facility, and I was truly impressed by the level of care and compassion shown by the staff. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a warm environment that feels like home. What stood out most was the genuine kindness of the caregivers and their dedication to meeting the individual needs of each resident. The staff communicates well with families and works hard to ensure residents receive quality care while maintaining their dignity and independence. It is evident that the residents are cared for by people who are passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend this nursing home to families seeking a safe, supportive, and caring environment for their loved ones. Thank you to the entire team for the difference you make every day. ❤️

Very knowledgeable staff. I had tons of hard questions and they worked very hard at getting me the correct information. Rhat is important when you are trying to choose a place for a loved one. The staff was observed interacting with residents and I never saw them tell a resident to "hold on". Administrator obviously has the experience needed to make this a top rated facility.
