My grandfather is cared for by First light, I love his care team. They treat him amazing, help line up his appointments, he’s able to stay in his own home with the help of his PCA Tailley C. She is spectacular. He loves her cooking, his house stays tidy, and free from fall hazards. First light has really made a difference in my Grandpa Demings life. They definitely are a quality of life driven, and you can tell in the care they give their patients.

My PaPa is 105 & a veteran. He was able to stay home by himself until last year August of 2025. It wouldn’t have been possible for him to of been able to do that without FirstLight. He is now living with me & my son but is still receiving care through FirstLight. Our caregivers are the best and one of a kind. We wouldn’t know what to do without them. They have became more than caregivers but family. Thank you Amber Bacon, Mika Wimmer & Sierra Staley for the amazing care you provide our families hero. We love you all so much! 💞

We have had Sierra as my husband's caregiver for a few months now. She is wonderful with him. She is always punctual, goes out of her way to make my husband comfortable. She cooks, gives him showers, tidies up my house when needed, which is great to come home to after a busy day at work and I for once can feel comfortable leaving him with someone to get errands and work done. When it is time for her to clock out for the day, she always is asking if we need anything before she leaves and will stay if something is mentioned. We love Sierra!

First Light has been a blessing to our family. They have worked so hard to meet our needs for my dear daddy who has passed, and now for my elderly cousin, both veterans. Emmalee Barnes has been one of several caregivers who has fit in, perfectly. She goes above and beyond to help with our family needs and is engaging and kind to her clients. We feel comfortable leaving her with our dearest treasures—our elderly—and with our pets and our home, as well. She does everything we ask of her, plus some. The office staff does its best to match us up with great people and to work around our schedules, as well. They keep us informed if any changes need to be made, too! Tonya Smith and Rustin Wonn have been the ones to come for evaluations and have been amazing! We love both of them!! Sylvester is the one who helped me to understand that we were even eligible for such services and walked with us through the journey of getting service. Deeply appreciative to him!

We have been so incredibly blessed to have such a loving and compassionate caregiver, Crystal Davis, for my dad. She goes above and beyond every single day, not only caring for his physical needs, but also treating him with genuine kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. My dad loves her, and that says everything. She speaks to him with such warmth and tenderness, and she always makes sure he feels comfortable, safe, and cared for. As his daughter and primary caregiver, having someone I can fully trust with him brings me so much peace. She is also so respectful and caring toward me and our entire family. Her presence brings comfort into our home, and she never makes us feel like we are just another job to her. You can truly tell she has a heart for what she does. Good caregivers are hard to find, but exceptional ones are rare — and Crystal is truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will care for their loved one like family.
