I would like everyone to know that Georgiann- LPN on hall 300 is a very good nurse and cares about the residents/patients at Egnite in Edmond ok! We always feel safe with our family member under her care!

My wife's brother came to Ignite after hip surgery. Needless to say we where very disappointed in the overall care & lack of communication at Ignite. The PT staff did a pretty good job, but try and get a return call for updates or obtain information from the social worker (Kaleb) was impossible. It was very apparent that the patient was having a difficult time feeding himself when he was first admitted. We made numerous visits mid-afternoon or after 7pm only to see his food sitting on the tray for hours - my wife would end up assisting so he could eat. It wasn't until after we put in a "work order" that this improved - staffing should have been able to determine this without our input. And why would a breakfast tray get left in the room after lunch was served? I believe he lost approx 20 lbs during his 30-45 day stay (he is was not overweight when admitted). We would seriously recommend that you look elsewhere for better care for your family member.

Do not allow for your family members to come here !! My mother‑in‑law was placed at Ignite after a fall, and our experience was deeply upsetting. The building is visibly unclean, and basic care requires constant pushing and advocating. One of her breathing treatments took nearly 10 hours to be administered. She is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s and fully dependent, yet staff made little effort to assist with bathing or hygiene. Several employees acted annoyed when she needed help. Beyond the poor care, the experience added trauma to an already fragile situation: • Care delays — Waiting nearly 10 hours for a breathing treatment created unnecessary fear and instability for the family. • Neglect of Alzheimer’s needs — Failing to bathe or support someone in late‑stage Alzheimer’s increases confusion, distress, and physical discomfort. • Staff attitude issues — Seeing staff appear annoyed when she needed help made the situation feel dehumanizing and emotionally heavy. • Family burden — We had to constantly advocate for basic care, adding stress during an already traumatic medical event. • Unsafe environment — The unclean building amplified the sense that she was not safe or cared for. Families should not have to fight this hard for essential care. Based on our experience, Ignite is not a facility we would ever choose again.

Hate delivering or driving through to this facility. There is a bit speed bump in the middle with only a red paint that you can’t see and will ruin your car. They need to put a tree there or something. Completely damaged my car and I wasn’t even speeding through, I was barely going!! Fix it! How do you expect to get others in and out! Thanks to your terrible parking lot you ruined my day! I don’t have enough money for a new car or tires.

shannon pots , Jazmine ,tralicka, baiely and Samara James.Erin was the first person I met she has the most eyes they just say love and kindness. Laura Hospitality Director was so tentative to my needs. The kitchen staff was so kind . When I came here I wouldn't expect this treatment at all that . I have been to other facilities that weren’t as nice . I was treated like family here . I had good therapy they really took care of me and have patience with me. Super exceeded my expectations!
