i was doing doordash and they scam me, trying to get a free taco thats cost $7 by reporting to doordash that im not delivering the order. Soon i came back and the manager told me no one that has the name for the order, but clearly one of the nurse took it from me. They cursed at me, yell at me and said they dont care about that. I called the cop and they told the cop that I PUT THE ORDER OUTSIDE THE DOOR AND NO ONE TOOK IT. The "Black Bald Woman" took my order and the manager is a woman with dyed blonde hair on her front hair.

Marchetta Steelman is a rate who feeds on the week, They took me in off the street and for a year I stayed under the radar but was fully aware how predatory she was to the staff and how she used fear to control the residents and those who where helpless like a deaf resident named Teresa who became non verbal and immobile was left on mattresses in the floor in her own waist for at least two months that I know. Her administration has no collar is all white and nepotistic . After a year I got caught in her crosshairs we had a verbal argument I accused her of being a bigot they called the police and the hospital, they could not kick me out because I had threatened no one but I offered to leave, as a suicide code. I spent a week in the suicide word and a month in the crisis unite trying to find another nursing home to go to, but she told the staff there that my medicare insurance was not up to date. A lie which caused me weeks to straiten out, all of which Heritage park charred me for and is still charring me, luckily I found a nursing home which I am at home in and will abide the situation until social security corrects her Sabotage to my life!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would. My wife was working here. She currently quit because the staff is so rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. All they do is sit around and talk about the patients and other staff members as well as abuse the patients the managers and directors, do nothing to change what their staff is doing. It’s sad my wife is a very hard worker she shouldn’t have had to put up with the kind of disrespect. This place was allowing. That is why they cannot keep a dietary aide. Nobody should have to put up with such childish, immature people in their workplace.

They are horrible when it comes to being in a professional Field. I love the residents and some of the workers but the ones that set in they offices ALL day are horrible at being professional. They told me that they can help me get my CNA license But ALL they did was worked me crazy on the hall by myself. They are short handed because Leeann and Debbie don’t know how to be professional. When I did report something the head nurse never go see what’s wrong. They talk to you like you ain’t nothing. I can go on but hopefully you get the point DON’T GO WORK THERE.

I would give it zero if that was an option. I have been a nurse for almost 20 years and have never experienced such poor patient care by nurses and cna alike. The administrator is extremely hateful. I witnessed her yelling at staff on multiple occasions. Do not work there if you value your license or sanity and do NOT place your loved one there if you value them!
