No consistent interaction or monitoring patients.

Aides not consistent in working with patients. Not enough aides on the 2nd Shift. Directors & Managers will not return call in a timely manner. The attitudes of the whole facility need to be more positive and understand they are to serve not "lord" over the patients. Increase pay might bring on more qualified aides.
