The place is horribly out dated. The staff are rude and short tempered towards patients. The rooms are filthy and cramped with 2 patients to a room with no privacy at all. The bathrooms are a disgrace and are poorly maintained. Willowcrest may be under Jefferson now, but it retained all of that classic Einstein health lousiness. Do not sent your loved ones here, it's an abomination to healthcare.

Only liked a couple of nurses, I preferred Felicia. My night nurses weren't too bad, depending on who I had. My favorite night CNA, was Jasmin, Wish I had gotten her number. But those 2 were my favorite nurses in Willow Crest rehabilitation center. I liked having Felicia during the day, and Jasmin at night. Other than that, most of the nurses were very rude, and didn't do their job.

Most Nurses are incompetent, inadequate, lack compassion and should not be doing healthcare.
