I give this place five stars—not because it’s perfect, but because, so far, my father has been well taken care of.

No one willingly signs up for a nursing home. It’s often a difficult transition for both residents and their families, and emotions can run high.

My father gets his hair cut, is clean-shaven, stays clean, eats well, and receives his medications as needed. Every staff member I have encountered has treated him with care, and I truly have no complaints. From the wonderful team at the front desk to the nurses I meet on different shifts, I am grateful for all that you do.

I also have a cousin who works as an EMT and regularly transports patients between nursing homes and hospitals. She has seen many facilities throughout the area and has told me that this facility is better than most. While every family’s experience may be different, that perspective has given me additional appreciation for the care being provided here.

If you’re expecting perfection, you’ll likely be disappointed anywhere. But if you’re looking for a facility where staff members work hard, treat residents with dignity, and genuinely care, that has been our experience.

I also appreciate the improvements I’ve seen throughout the facility, including the fresh paint and new flooring. Thank you to the staff who show up every day and care for residents and their families during a season that is often challenging for everyone involved.

They are very neglectful, don’t answer call lights. Talk to people any type of way. Don’t send your family here!
