Staff is excellent. My mom's in memory care and the staff is very attentive, friendly and kind. Recreation staff Sharon Rykola treats the residents as if they were her family. Nurse Penny is always there to answer any questions and treats the residents in a friendly and caring matter. I would highly recommend this facility.

My relative went in doing more for herself then when she left. She left unable to walk, even though she was able to walk going in. When I was told she was going home Maddy, the social worker said you work from home you can take care of her. Then when I said I have meetings, she said schedule yourself to every two hours 15 minutes to help her. My job does not have that luxury for me to schedule myself at a certain time every day. How dare they assume that can happen. The food was horrendous I still had to bring my relative food three times a day. The care was awful. She sat in her wet clothes for 3 1/2 hours because no one bothered to check on her. They also did not do the daily requirements that her doctor had for her. This place is awful if anyone wants to send their relative there I am so sorry they will come out worse than they went in. They also offered I can pay out-of-pocket for her to stay there for long-term. She went in there to get better not get worse. I would never send anybody there not a relative not even an animal this place is horrendous and does not care about people.

I am very impressed with all of the staff at Willow Springs! They are attentive and caring. The front desk staff also amazing and helpful. Kerri (Last name ??? beautiful colored hair) the Head Nurse at the nursing station is beyond professional and caring. Kelly Dahm (sp?) Head floor nurse according to my dad gave him "the best care he's had". That's not to say everyone did not do a great job, they definitely have. All of these people are doing a hard and difficult job and my family appreciates each one. I can't remember every persons name (I'm sorry) but Sherrill (sp?) I LOVE YOU (from Carolyn), Jackie, Jillian, Allison, Pleasure, ... thank you thank you thank you. God Bless! Love and appreciation from the entire Dispoto family.

We had someone close to us placed in the care of Willow Springs - and luckily they were blessed to have Penny as their nurse! She is wonderful—kind, patient, and always respectful. She takes the time to listen and explains things calmly, which makes such a difference. Her caring presence brings comfort and reassurance. We are truly grateful for her care.

Here's a review based on your feedback: Excellent Start at Willow Springs! My mom is only on her second day at Willow Springs, and we are already incredibly impressed! Right from the moment we walked in, the receptionist was wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, setting a fantastic tone. Mom's room is clean and offers a pleasant window view, which is a nice touch. Over the past two days, we've had the pleasure of meeting several staff members, and they've all been exceptionally accommodating, regardless of the level of care needed. We feel very fortunate to have found Willow Springs and confident that Mom will be well-cared for and safely rehabilitated here.
