Maintenance here is responsive to requests when they are passed along by the office. Cleaning staff for public areas does a good job.<br><br>Sound proofing could be better. Neighbor in next apartment installed her flat screen on a shared wall so I can hear it every time she watches TV.<br><br>Neighbors are mostly nice.

Highly disappointed in this senior community.Been hear 11 months can not get comfortable and enjoy apartment,walls and floors to thin,layout of apt. no good. My neighbor bedroom is at my living and dining room wall.Now my toilet wont flush water rises.This is no way for a senior to live,what the hell do you do if late at night and early morning for bathroom need if you just have one. I must give credit to the cleaning lady she do and outstanding job keeping this building clean,also maintenance with trash and maintenance service. thank goodness for security camera so i can see who come and go out of apartment when not at home

I love this place. I have been here for almost two years And I have no complaints. The staff is wonderful. Great place to live, its beautiful here.

This building is nice and the staff is great and the manager, Ms. Flores is outstanding.<br><br>The reason I am giving these apartments a 2 star rating is due to how these apartments aren't sound proofed, along with other issues.<br><br>You can hear your neighbors clearly through the walls and can you can hear below when someone even flushes their toilet.<br><br>Just walking down the hall you can hear what everyone is doing inside of their home, especially if they are in the living room or kitchen area.<br><br>There are no vents in the bathrooms, during the winter my aunt had to use a small heater and now that it's summer she had to place a small fan in there.<br><br>Also the kitchen sinks are ridiculously low along with the bathroom mirrors for average height seniors.

I'm not a resident yet, but hope to be in the future. Although the apartments are smaller they are quite cozy and feel right at home. I love that they have washers and dryers!
