Mom moved out in February. We canceled xcel but didnt get canceled. She keeps getting bills. Willowglen manager was supposed to send a letter to xcel saying she moved but didn't bother to.<br>Xcel said willowglen should reimburse but they refused. She also was harassed by a man living there that keep going into her apartment, banging at the door at all hours. One day he pushed his way in and I stopped him from knocking her over. I had asked for months to have him leave they never would ask him to leave. I called the police that day and willowglen did nothing. He wasn't safe to be around. Very aggressive. She also had her car stolen from the garage in 2021. I think 5 were stolen because they wouldn't fix the garage door for yrs. This is supposed to be a gated community. No one is ever in the office to help with guest who can’t reach occupants to get in, please expand hours in office seems like no one is ever here
