Had the opportunity to visit Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for a lunch and learn and tour. Very impressed with the warm, welcoming staff and the care they provide. Beautiful facility, great team, and a positive atmosphere all around. Looking forward to working together!

We had an excellent visit and tour of Willow Brook. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the passion and care they have for their patients is obvious. We were particularly impressed by how clean and bright the facility and walkways were, as well as the friendly greetings we received from both patients and staff throughout our visit. What is uniquely impressive is the in-house dialysis center. This significantly extends the specialized care available to patients and sets Willow Brook apart.

I arrived at Willowbrook in Wilmington for a temporary stay between surgeries. I must say the staff from Carlos in maintenance , to all the nurses, cna’s and administrative staff phenomenal!! Ann, Matilda, Eve, Hezzekial, Eugene, Azad, John, Kara, Phil, Sam, Jamie, Frankie and more than I can bring to memory. Yet the Admissions coordinator Heidi! She is an asset to the facility a friendly welcoming face. Willowbrook is fortunate to have her as the first face of their program, and ALL included deserve a raise for going above and beyond ESPECIALLY in the recent blizzard we had! There was not one lapse in my service I received at Willowbrook and if, GOD forbid I need the services again, I would not hesitate to attend to Willowbrook once again! Thank you all! And may GOD Bless you all and your efforts!!!

I recently toured Willow Brook and had a wonderful experience, it was clean and bright. It was in a very pretty setting, lots of windows in a more wooded area. The staff all smiled and said hello along our tour...The resident's looked well cared for and the recent renovations are very nice... Many residents were out in the therapy room, and several were out of their rooms in an activity, which was very nice to see.

I arrived at Willow Brook for the second time following a fall. I have been able to participate in their specialty programs, which are truly exceptional. Phil has worked with me every day to help build my strength and balance. The staff here ensures that I get to and from my dialysis appointments on time. I want to give a special shout out to Madonna and Jaime, who are amazing CNAs. I will always choose Willow Brook for my recovery when needed. I deeply appreciate the care and support I receive from the staff. Thank you, Willow Brook.
