Horrible company they don’t care at all they’ll just give a dumb response telling you to reach out when in reality they don’t even pick up good luck having a family member here

I knew a couple people here, and they were on the 1st floor where it is clean and the people down there actually come to the rooms and check-in on you. My husband was actually put up on the 2nd floor today, very temporary. Stay just for some therapy to get strong enough to come home and it stinks. It's dirty the elevators break down almost every day. That is what I heard from the workers. And nobody will answer the phone. He's been there for about 3 hours. And nobody has been in to say, hello, which is now affecting the timeframe of his very important medicine...welcome him nothing, and I chose this place for my husband ,I feel horrible. I will get him out of there as soon as possible. Be making some phone calls tomorrow.This place is not the place to be. I have been trying to call there for the last 20 minutes. And nobody will answer the phone, not one answer, not anything.

I currently have a family member residing at this facility, and unfortunately our experience but hers has been very disappointing. While there are some caring nurses and staff members who genuinely want to help, they appear to be overwhelmed and stretched too thin to provide the level of care patients deserve. Unfortunately, we have also experienced situations where certain staff members displayed poor attitudes and failed to check on our family member for extended periods of time despite requests for assistance. We have documented these incidents, including dates and staff involved. In addition, the facility itself is beyond outdated and poorly maintained. Cleanliness has been a concern, and we have even had to purchase basic items such as a Curtain Rod ourselves to help make my family member more comfortable during her stay. Our biggest concern is that patients deserve attentive, compassionate care and timely responses to their needs. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both staffing support and the overall patient experience. I would welcome a response back and value managements time for time to connect.
