The check in system is easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, I was greeted by multiple staff members as I went to the room of the person I went to visit. Other patients were out and about, some on the porch, some in the halls and some in the recreation room with staff. The facility was clean. There was a positive atmosphere.

A few of my family members have been sent to williston care center and currently still there. They are so attentive, caring and resident focused. Always polite and willing to help.

Everyone was kind a had patience with the people. I feel that they place patients in the common room with only someone to babysit them. There is NO one working with them to stimulate their minds or bodies. It was obvious that many needed someone to help them do something with a purpose.

A fA friend is a patient at Williston care center now. She was admitted as a fall risk patient and is there for physical therapy? She needed to go to the bathroom to do a bowel movement. She had to go very badly. She rang for the nurse and waited and waited and waited. Finally against orders, she got up and was able to get herself to the bathroom. Just in time to keep her from soiling her bed. Fortunately, I came in to visit my friend and was able to help her back to her bed safely. A few minutes later, an aide came in and said, oh, I'm so sorry I don't know how long the light was on. I was on my break and then proceeded to advise us that the nurse for that area had also been on her break at the same time. I find that unacceptable for both the nurse and the aide to be on break at the same time at the expense of the patient who could have fallen and gotten hurt. But thank God did not.

There is never a time that I feel like this facility hasn’t taken care of my Mom. My Dads health has declined and I can’t get to her like I want but I never worry because of the loving staff and family. Thank you for being there during this difficult time for all of us.
