My father is a resident of Park Meadows. He turned 92 today and I drove up to visit him. His caregivers always show him kindness and individual attention to his needs. He seems happy there. He’s been there I think for about six years. The only complaint I have is that sometimes he doesn’t have a remote for his TV and it takes them too long to locate one for him. Also, there has been times when his phone wasn’t working and it was not remedied in a timely manner. Park Meadows is clean and the staff always has a smile for me when I visit and when I speak to them on the phone.

The nurses and CNA’s are friendly and caring. They help you to be as independent as possible. You may have to wait a bit when you push the call light, since they have to care for multiple people at a time but they are true caregivers and they will help with a smile on their faces.

Came here after a stroke m,and and stayed for a few months the rehab is good Mike and Reagan got me back to being able to take care of myself. Some of the nurses is good they do a really good job but there is some of the nurses that stay in their phone to much one nurse was arguing and cussing with her man the whole time she was giving out meds so you really got to pay attention to your meds when the ones who stay in their phone. I had some really good CNA' s on the wing that I was in but on the therapy wing some of the cna's would set on there phones at the nurses station and wouldn't pay you any mind but Mike and the therapy team does a really good job. I was taking insulin 4 times a day my sugar was high all the time because the food is crap and everyone gets the same thing if you have diabetes the crunchy rice will definitely keep your sugar up so be careful now that I'm home my sugar is getting a lot better I don't have to take insulin but one to two times a day now but over all I'm thankful that park Meadows rehab helped me get back home

Mrs Huget is the best social worker I have ever met and dealt with. Mr Joseph is well above the mark as well and Mrs Regina is absolutely helpful. The staff here have way exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the care my mother has recieved. If I ever need a rehab / skilled nursing center I will definitely come here myself. Not only have they been attentive to my mother’s needs they have helped coach me along the way to deal with these new challenges we are going through and have been so supportive. I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to the modern medical field but park meadows has definitely risen to and above the mark

Everything here looks great. The staff is very dedicated to the services they offer. Our loved one is being treated with respect and dignity. Their room is clean, and the bathroom is also very clean. I urge you to visit before hearing bad reviews about this place; I highly recommend it.
