James is the Best. He can take care of anything you need and makes it special always smiling always polite. As far as Terrace. Food. Is average at best. But most hospital food sucks anyways. Gave only 24 hours to get my stuff together Laine 🖤 ride and be able to get home to have somebody take care of me. The timing was awful. Overall, the first night in the 100 hall is the worst. Was moved to the 700 hall. Totally different night today. make sure when you go you find the concierge, which is James

Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy is 5 Star and I highly recommend. My partner was at Terrace specifically for PT and OT due to diminished mobility due to an autoimmune disease and thanks to the physical therapy staff at Terrace she has been discharged and is now home. The Physical Therapy Director Jesika, Physical Therapist Troy and Occupational Therapist Joe are all caring professionals who are rock stars in their craft of getting their patients to their new normal and ready for home. I highly recommend Terrace for their physical therapy 5 Stars!! Speech Therapist Tara was fantastic with my partner. Tara is an excellent speech therapist who encourages you which will strengthen your voice. Tara 5 Stars!! While at Terrace we had some good CNA’s and Nurses but CNA Stephanie and Nurse Jasmin are by far the best that Terrace has. CNA Stephanie works with Nurses and PT to help the patient excel in their treatment. She would encourage my partner to do things she knew physically she could do. CNA Harmony is pretty amazing too. Nurse Jasmin would “listen”. My partner had issues with her medication and Nurse Jasmin would communicate with the doctor to ensure my partner had the best care possible. She kept meds on the same schedule which is important to a patient. And as a caregiver to my partner she also listened to me. I very much appreciated CNA Stephanie, Harmony and Nurse Jasmin they’re all 5 Star employees in my book and would highly recommend them for any promotion at Terrace. Receptionists Sarah & Hilda are both professional, nice and always helpful. I always appreciated being greeted each morning by Sarah and being told good night by Hilda. They’re the first face of Terrace and they do a wonderful job of making people feel welcome. Terrace has a great housekeeping team who works diligently to ensure the whole building and individual rooms are maintained in a clean manner. I personally appreciated their attention to details especially making sure we always had toilet paper and paper towels. The Activities Department is really special here and the staff are great! Special shoutout to Carmen & Jaiya!! There’s some good people that help make everything work and I never hesitated to call on them Brittney, Tiffani, Marshanna & Ciara. They fix problems and in every situation they fixed our problems. Based on physical and occupational therapy I would highly recommend Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center. Laurie Owens April 2026

Great place, they take care of my grandpa really well. They constantly do rounds checking on all the patients! I love the management and staff, they are all such happy people! Great atmosphere, maintanance is constantly cleaning everywhere. The food looks scrumptious and hearty every time! This is the best place possible for my grandpa to have his final chapter in life, he is always smiling!

The staff made my mom's wish to go to Disney come true! Since she can't go there, they brought Disney to her. She really believed she was there! We love the staff. Especially those on hall 700. Harmony and Elizabeth are awesome! They were always very caring and made sure my mom was clean and comfortable. We visited every day and they always asked if we needed anything. My mom came home today under hospice care. I wish I could have brought them with me to help me take care of her needs at home.

Terrace Health and Rehabilitation is an amazing facility, My aunt came to them to receive rehabilitation and she was not able to walk when she was admitted, after her rehab and the great atmosphere they provided she left walking. Terrace is just all around an amazing facility.
