Misty RN on lower rehab floor was so good with my Dad and always had a positive attitude. Sunshine GNA was a pleasure always helpful and polite. Kim the receptionist always positive and welcoming. Only criticism is meals would arrive late and were sometimes cold.

I think this facility is very dirty. The nurses are no where to be found. My father in law sits for hours waiting for assistance. He has complained that he can not breathe and gets no care. The food is horrible. He was told to bring his own medication bc they have a hard time ordering it. The facility smells. Overall it is better than a place in Chambersburg pa i am famiar with but not the golden standard.

My husband was admitted on Dec 9th. On December 24th he was admitted to Meritus Medical with dehydration, he weighed 127 lbs, 5ft 7in tall, he was underweight. His glasses were broken. I was not contacted. Calls were not returned from physician nor did the nurse practioner ever contact me. I just happened to be there when the decision was made to send him to Meritus. I doubt I would have been notified. Not sending him back to that place.
