I’ve lived here for upwards of 4 years and it is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Very clean, the workout room is always well kept, the garages are temp controlled, the apartments stay quiet during the day and night. Cannot recommend this building enough. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly (and it’s pretty rare to have one since everything is new and well kept-up). If you are working at the hospital there are multiple bus stops nearby, one directly out front, that drop off at UW hospital (seriously a boon). Taylor is so kind and understanding as well! Could not be happier with my experience at The Whitney Reserve

We just moved a family member into the Whitney Reserve, and we love it. There are so many things to like about it, including a relatively new property and great location, but the absolute deal clincher for us was the property manager, Taylor Greening. She is a gem. She is so amazing in so many ways...so friendly, kind, warm, professional, and service-focused. We instantly liked her, and she is very genuine and empathetic. We really like the approach Flad Properties takes with its tenants. The lease actually mentions renters' statutory rights and rights in general, which our last landlord did not. Their lease has a very fair and balanced approach that protects landlord rights while informing tenants of our rights. It was like a breath of fresh air reading a Flad lease compared to the last lease we were in. Flad Development treats people with dignity and is not a cold heartless corporate entity like other landlords we've had. Flad Properties and Taylor Greening stand out in a landscape filled with large national corporate landlords. Flad is a down-home local organization with a balanced philosophy, genuine concern for tenants as people, and amazing customer service. p.s. Les, the maintenance tech, is awesome too. He is very friendly and helpful. We know we made the right choice going with Whitney and Flad. Thank you!

Living at The Whitney Reserve was amazing! The apartments are new, very spacious and kitchen is really nice. The gym, rooftop, meeting rooms and parking are great. Location is ideal. Proximity to UW is perfect. Taylor is wonderful! She is very attentive and always goes above and beyond for the residents. We give the highest recommendation possible.

My experience at The Whitney Reserves was nothing but amazing for the 2 years I was there. Taylor is an incredible landlord to have that goes above and beyond for her tenants and Les from Maintenance was always so gracious and helpful with any requests.

I lived here for just under a year and loved it! The building is new, clean, and all of our neighbors were quiet and lovely. The gym, rooftop area, and “Zoom rooms” are a nice perk. The apartment itself was convenient and spacious with a great kitchen. We didn’t have any issues with the space. Location is awesome, loved the bike path proximity. Taylor & management are so kind, responsive, and helpful!
