This review is for Paige, the social worker, at Oak Park in Nakoma. Paige was phenomenal and really took the time to get to know our mom and help us in our efforts to properly place her in the right long-term assisted living facility. Her care and concern for both Mom and our family went above and beyond and we are exceptionally grateful for all she did for us. She is truly a treasure,

Oak park place Nakoma has excellent nursing care and therapy services. The staff is friendly and committed to providing high quality care to patients and residents. The food service staff is amazing and the food is delicious.
