Every time I visit, I'm struck by how genuinely devoted the staff are to the residents. You can tell their focus isn't just on care, but on making sure the people here feel happy, comfortable, and truly cared for. The environment is warm and welcoming — a wonderful place.

My Mom has been here since July and at the time of move in we were in a desperate position as my father had just passed and my Mother was unable to care for herself independently at home. Robin was able to move some things around and fit us in for a tour the same day I called. Much appreciated! She was also very patient answering all of our questions and explaining the living options available. This was the 3rd place we had visited and glad we settled on this one. Whenever I have question Nora is quick to call me back and address any questions or concerns about Mom I'm having. Without a doubt my Mom is happy here. Whenever I've popped in she's up at some activity talking with other residents something she missed out on isolated at home. The areas are clean and the staff obviously likes their job as they always seem so cheery. I'd definitely recommend Whitstone if you're looking for a home like feeling that provides ample social engagement and want comfort in knowing your loved is being cared for.

I recently had the opportunity to tour this beautiful cottage-style assisted living community by Robin, the Sales Manager while exploring options for my father-in-law, and I was truly impressed by what I experienced.<br><br>From the moment I arrived, the community felt warm, welcoming, and very different from a traditional assisted living setting. The cottage-style layout creates a more intimate, home-like atmosphere rather than feeling like a large facility. It felt comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. I had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director Nora who was welcoming and supportive .

If you love your loved one please avoid this place . Faced repeated med errors with my husband staff has terrible unconcerned no real leadership . Food is really bad . There are so many other nice places in the area trust me don’t even bother
