My mother has been here for 2 years. The nurses and CNAs are wonderful people, but they are always understaffed. The people over nutrition are awful and the meals are worse than a middle school cafeteria. The administration is non-responsive and passive. They allow employees to turn on political propaganda on the TVs in community areas of the facility.

Nice facilities but the food is nasty. The cnas play on the phone while the residents wait for help.

The Director of Nursing is a joke . Talks over you doesn’t allow you to explain the situation. CNA are lazy good luck getting them off their phones or away from the tv . Staff in the 600 halls rude. My Uncles room looks like it gets cleaned maybe once a week. We have had to clean his bathroom /room daily because they sure don’t . Don’t bother letting management know all you’ll get us a “ oh I’m sorry it will be taken care of” 🙄It will not be taken care of . Literally took someone 18 minutes to get to his room when he hit the call bell . Yes we timed it . My Uncles drinks / food go missing . 2 Ralp Lauren shirts missing people in laundry claim they have no clue . We will be talking with Corporate.

The lady who is the head of the cleaning department is far from professional and so is her crew. My Aunts room is always a mess. Sticky floors and table she eats on. Her bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. You can see bacterial growth. Try to explain this to her she sighs and rolls her eyes. That’s okay our family knows someone at Corporate we will show them the pictures. Do not let this place fool you . Pretty on outside ugly ,rude and unprofessional people working here. All this money my Aunt pays to be in a room they do not clean. No need to talk to anyone here they are ignorant and blind .
