My family member has been there for a month to have rehabilitation. She doesn't get it every day as she should be. The hall.lights get turned off at night about 11.and no one answers the nurse call button during the night. She has developed 4 bed sores and when I mentioned she is not being turned throughout the day the wound nurse told me she was able to turn herself. This is not true, she is totally immobile and unable to lift herself, roll over, or stand. When I left last night the nurse was on a.personal phone call at the front desk and.I had.to.wait.foe her to buzz me out before.I could leave. I.am.not.impresswd.at all.

This place has not been the best to my dad during his stay. The place is absolutely disgusting and it’s so hot in there that he has to lay in just a diaper to be cool. They’re not giving him all the items on the food schedule and they don’t give him pain medicine when asked for. His physical therapist says he needs to sit on a wheelchair to eat so he can work his legs but they won’t allow him too. He asked to sit in the wheelchair one night for supper and they told him if he did then he would have to sit there until 7 the next morning. How is he supposed to work his legs if they leave him laying in a bed from 3pm to 7am

Oh my god! This place is so filthy. If you love your grandma, send them somewhere else. It's packed, it stinks, and it's ROTTING. It's 2 people to a room and 4 people share just a toilet. THERE'S NO SOAP. I wanted to wash my hands after helping my grandma, who unfortunately ended up HERE, and there wasn't any anywhere. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUSLY. WORKERS AT THE HOSPITAL WARN AGAINST THE PLACE.

This place is absolutely terrible! My great grandma was there and I hated to even step foot in there because it was so nasty. MOST of the nurses, not all, but most were rude and you could tell they were put out whenever she would need help. She now has 5 open wounds on her bottom because they didn’t change her in a timely manner. When she would hit the call light at night, it would take someone forever to come. One of the day time nurses even told me that some of the night time nurses were lazy and just did whatever they wanted to. Obviously they’re needs to be some kind of management there at night if they don’t know how to do their job. She would cry every day while she was there because of how they were. When they would “bathe” her, they were not gentle and would just scrub her sores. This place needs to be investigated because I’ve heard similar things from many others. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and would give 0 stars if possible. It’s ridiculous how they allow the elderly and vulnerable to be treated.

I want to start off by saying that not all the nurses are terrible, there are a select few who are wonderful. However, there are far more nurses who don’t care and are not good at all. My grandma received terrible care in this facility from day 1. During her first night she turned her light on to get a nurse in to help her at 10:30. No one came in until 3:30 am and she was hollering for them to coke help her and they never did. She is also bedridden, so she has to have someone to help. A nurse made fun of her feet, and if you saw my grandma’s feet, you would know that she shouldn’t have done that. My grandma is very self conscious over her feet. Her oxygen kept coming unplugged and it took days for that to get fixed, which should have been a simple fast fix. Since she was bedridden, she had to wear a diaper. She was left sitting in a soiled diaper for an extremely long time. She also had a UTI at this time too, so that is unacceptable. She was in there for REHAB, not a nursing home, so she needed to learn to sit up by herself and how to walk again and she was really sore. A nurse told her “you hollering like that makes me not even want to come in here.” Since she was bedridden, she had to be turned every so often and a nurse told her “there’s one of me and 20 of you. If I have time to come and turn you I will.” In a very hateful voice. We ended up having a meeting with the nurses we had problems with, the head nurse, and a director. There were excuses for everything we had problems with and the head nurse told us that the nurses were not going to get in trouble. We were assured that my grandma was going to get great care when she arrived and not to look at the place (it’s old and very run down, it looks very dirty). Well, they failed on that. The man over this place called my mom and had no idea we were having issues, he agreed with our family and said if we had any other issues to call him personally. We found another rehab facility for my grandma to be moved to and she had to have a Covid test first. A nurse did the test and we found out days later that she didn’t put it where it was suppose to go and she had to be retested. Because of that, my grandma had to stay 6 more days than we were originally told. No sorry, or anything. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. As I’ve heard it said about this place, I wouldn’t put my dog here either.
