My father lasted 12 hours here before I took him out. Toilet overflowed with bad water left on the ground for 8 hours soaking his personal items. Lack of a clearly defined fall protection plan was disturbing. Staff did not want to be bothered. Think twice.

Can’t imagine living there with the UNIMAGINABLE racket of diesel leaf blowers going for hours upon hours a week. I live multiple blocks away and still have needed to invest in multiple pieces of noise cancelling headphones, speakers, insulation, etc. to be able to function near them. Unbelievable.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience with Wheaton Village Facility. The care my grandmother has received here is truly top-notch. Her nurse, Grace, has been absolutely fantastic. Grace's dedication and kindness have made a significant difference in my grandmother's well-being, and we are incredibly grateful for her. Michelle has also been extremely helpful and supportive. She always goes above and beyond to assist us, making sure we have everything we need. The entire treatment team at Wheaton Village is exceptional. Their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency are evident in every interaction. One of the things I appreciate most is the open communication. I am always able to contact my grandmother, and the team keeps me well-informed about her care. Their responsiveness and attention to detail give me great peace of mind. Overall, Wheaton Village Facility has provided my grandmother with outstanding care, and my family and I remain deeply thankful for their compassion and dedication.

Dirty, smelly, neglected, old place. Staff are rude- starting with the receptionist. The residents are neglected, look at their nails, hair , their teeth. They don't shower the residents, no grooming done unless you ask the staff, and the staff leave the residents sitting in dirty diapers. My Dad is a resident here and this is a shame for a place for the elderly. He has dementia, he falls all the time and the facility says he gets hit by other residents - when he can't even get out the wheelchair. Not sure how this place is staying open. It needs to be reported to public health.
