Snug and Comfort was recommended to me by a good friend who employed their services for several years. And that recommendation was confirmed by a medical doctor! The services provided were always professional, beginning with an assessment to assigning a caregiver for the position. The schedule for care was accommodated and easily altered based on our needs. Excellent communication between me, the caregivers and management never left a doubt about expectations. The staff is well vetted and trained. What stood out as an important factor for me in choosing Snug and Comfort is that the ownership is privately held, it is a ‘hands on’ company. You never feel uncomfortable as a large corporate entity might make you feel, or like you are just another number. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Snug and Comfort!

I cannot sing the praises of Snug and Comfort enough, and I can recommend them without hesitation. Pam Mirabile and her entire team have my utmost respect-- they have provided fabulous care for my parents. We have worked with them for 3 + years; and as my parents' needs have changed, their team has been there with them (and us) every step of the way. Pam is a true professional- she is attentive and receptive; and on the rare occasion when there has been a caregiver who was not a good fit for my parents' needs, a change was made quickly and with sensitivity to all involved. We have grown to love my parents' caregivers, and they truly deliver great care and have shown love and compassionate care to my parents. Snug and Comfort is a great Home Care agency!

About 3 years ago, it became apparent that my mother's physical abilities were diminishing & she needed assistance in caring for herself & the home. My mother had always been the homemaker with a particular way of taking care of her home. So, finding the right person to care for her would need some professional guidance. My sister reached out to Snug & Comfort. Pam worked diligently with her to match my mom with a caregiver who met her standards. What started as 3 days a week has become 5 days, 5 evenings, & 2 weekend days. Our interaction with Pam & her staff has always been caring & professional. My father had been self-sufficient until he fell in Jan 2024. Since the fall, my father has needed overnight care. With Pam's thoughtful guidance, Snug & Comfort quickly put in place 2 male caregivers (1-for weekdays & 1-for weekends) who provide outstanding care for my father. I have had the privilege to meet all the caregivers for my parents; and they are truly angels on earth. I can highly recommend Pam and her company, Snug & Comfort, for all in-home caregiving needs. Having Snug and Comfort/Pam take care of our father for 4 years, who had Alzheimer, was such a big help for us. Pam is so loving and compassionate, she went out of her way to make sure we had the right caregivers to not only take care of dad but to be a comfort to our mother who was overwhelmed with his care. She continuously made sure the caregivers were the right fit for our parents and would visit them personally to make sure all was good. I would definitely recommend Snug and Comfort for anyone who is looking for home care for their loved ones.
