I had my brother placed there from out of town recently. I did a pop up visit no one knew I was coming the receptionist was very friendly. The facility smelled clean there were no debris any where… it was very quiet the residents were watching tv… my brother was with activity director they went outside for fresh air…. My brother said the staff was respectful and treated him “like people.” There were staff present on each floor…

This place is absolutely awful. No one cares about no one. My friend is getting beat up and scared to death My cousin and I called and I told the staff and the director and he said he was not at work and that she didn’t say that . but one of the coworkers picked up the phone and said (AMH) is getting beat up by The man in the nursing home or rehab that is bullying her.(She told the Worker AMH patient )He the director in return said the family is on the phone, but she did not hear him so she continued to TALK a lot more but He finally shut her down to stop talking, but he was so angry. I told him we’ll pick it up on Monday because you’re getting mad and I’m getting upset also so I promise to call back Monday.we did call the police And I was told she told the police didn’t nothing happen. (scared)There is a spot on her back and her fingers are dark and swollen she told me she had a fight again. This is so SAD But my cousin has the picture and we were on FaceTime Close this place Down.or call the STATE The staff cannot handle this no cares It’s absolutely awful. Someone has to step in. I hope the director call the State and do the right thing. My friend does not deserve this kind of treatment no dog or human should have to go through this. 🤦🏽♀️ Westwood Nursing Center Awful..

Awful, DO NOT send any family members here. My heart goes out to the ones already there. This place should be condemned and shame on The State of MI for letting this place stay open. Not one good thing to say, should be negative 5 stars.

I was a little down about the news I received about my loved one, but there was this one woman named Sasha, who was like an angel. She has such a kind and loving spirit. Her hospitality is amazing! And she pays great attention to detail. She knew what to say and do. Because of her I can smile again. The facility was very clean and they took social distancing very seriously. I like that. I felt safe there. Thanks Westwood and thanks Sasha! This woman needs a raise! I appreciate y’all for making my day
