Like I told them today and very loud I might add. They are a bunch of incompetent people working there. It is a sad display of Healthcare that I have ever witnessed. I told them that I will see to it that they are evaluated by the state for neglect, cold food and medication errors. I told them that since I'm not working I have plenty of time to dedicate to making dothan aware of the lack of accountability and incompetence that embodies westside terrace. When u bring something to their attention they act like they will fix it or address it. They will not admitted anything all they do is blame someone else. I would not entrust any of them with my goldfish or ant farm.

My son was here with me when I first admitted. He said he was recently at a brand new facility with 1 patient, and he was very impressed with how this facility smelled and looked, very clean compared to a brand new facility. Also, from the 1st day, staff has been very attentive and caring. The staff is also very respectful. The staff had 1 priority while taking care of me, and that was to recover from the stroke I have had. I appreciate each and every person that took care of me at westside terrace.

My mother has only been here for a few days, and I plan to update my review at the end of her stay. However, I just had to take a moment to recognize one of the staff members right away! THANK YOU, Neal! My family and I truly appreciate your patience, professionalism, and the way you’ve gone above and beyond to care for my mother. Your kindness and attention mean so much to us. ❤️❤️

My mother was there for many weeks for a fractured femur and humerus the therapy staff was great and so were the nurses on the hall , specifically her Patient care attendants. I have issues with the administration and the overall communication from those in charge of the facility . I felt that our questions were ignored and no one would return phone calls the common answer that we got was that person is off today. I think that patients families should be updated after every coordinated care meeting this did not happen in our situation.
