I would like to share our high quality experience with FirstLight Home Care Services of Dothan. Our family has had a top notch client/patient home care with FirstLight, from the receptionist and office administrative staff, their communication and support have been outstanding. Most especially Ms. Jeanette the caregiver is dependable, proactive, and treats mom with such compassion and dignity. I was truly anxious about a stranger in our home at first, Ms. Jeanette has put our minds at ease with her genuine caring nature. She always seems to find an engaging topic to chat with mom about, putting her at ease as well, like she is just visiting with a very helpful friend.

Wanted to put this review in for one of the sitters that sat with my grandmother. Her name is Teresa she did a amazing job with communication and was attentive to all my grandmother's needs. She was very patient and understanding of her care. Thank you so much!!!

FirstLight Home care of Dothan has been a life saver for me. Our Caregiver Cindy is always on time and does an excellent job making sure that my husband is safe and taken great care of. I can leave my husband with the peace of mind and not worry about him when I'm gone for few hours. I highly recommend FirstLight Home Care of Dothan to handle finding the right Caregiver to care for your loved one. They are there 24 hours to handle any issues that may arise. I have been aware of FirstLight Home Care of Dothan for a number of years and have heard great things about them. In October my father was hospitalized and unable to return to his home while recovering. I brought him to my home to assist him. I reached out to FirstLight for assistance since I work and the experience is everything I have been told and more. The staff is very kind and accommodating to any circumstances that may arise. Chelsea, caregiver, was assigned to my father and has been wonderful. She is professional and makes sure that she reports any abnormalities that occur during the day. She is respectful and caring yet encourages my father to participate in his recovery. I highly recommend this agency to assist with individuals needing in home support. S. Alexander
