I've lived at Hutto Towers for 15+ yrs. The building & grounds are always spotless & well maintained. There are 98 Apts and every yr there are great improvements. Concerns of tenants are quickly attended to by the Property Manager Marie Cook. If people have complaints they should meet with Marie and not only continue complaining to other tenants.

Baptist village townhomes was just great when I moved here 10 years ago but now my backporch is facing Publix shopping center and the traffic is so so so bad with many wrecks at my backyard and so many wanderers walking through the facility coming from other places and people knocking on our door at 2 am wanting money it just isn’t as safe as it use to be. We really need a fence between the subdivision and John Odom road which turns into Publix and all the other stores and fast food places out there. Our rent has increased enough over the years to be able to afford a fence for our safety. I started out in the low 500 hundreds sand now I am in the low 700hundreds. It is a nice place to live and the manager does what she is allowed to do but our maintenance isn’t up to par which is like that in most rentals. As I stated the manager does what the people who run it in Montgomery will let her do and I am sure she is on a budget. We need a real good maintenance man that can get along with the elderly but I tolerate him. All in all it is a nice place to live because you are near hospital, physician office and retail and grocery store. I myself take care of myself and sometimes it’s just impossible to be nice to those who offend you but you just have to stop and consider the source and why it’s happening. Just wish we could get a secure fence around this place since we are sitting right on the road.

The manager is the most mean and rude person I have talked to in months. Good to know that she is "livin for the Lord". Honestly I can't believe how she talked to me. I spoke sweet and only kind words. It felt like she was trying to literally hurt me with her words. There was no reason for it. I would never live here. Or even visit here. Yikes. No thanks.

Very well maintained retirement tower. My Aunt has been their for many years and raves about the place and the people who work and live there.
