My mom was discharged from Wesley Place today after spending three weeks there. She arrived there on January 5th after a week stay at Flowers Hospital for flu and pneumonia. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the nurses and staff. They went above and beyond taking care of my mom! I live out of town and couldn’t be here all the time. They were patient and kept me updated. They answered my millions of questions and put my mind at ease. They were extremely helpful helping me get everything organized with oxygen and meds for her discharge. My mom was very happy with her care while there. She made so much progress during her three weeks at Wesley Place and is hopefully on her way to a full recovery! A special shout out to Nicole, Joey, Brooke and Robert for just being amazing! I wish I could name everyone specifically, because they all are truly special!

The personnel is efficient and helpful. Many go above and beyond the normal expectation to help clients, especially those who are bed bound. CNAs that doing a lot of heavy lifting include Cagney, Tonya, Shalona, Sheika, and several that i do not know their names. Cooks Eddie and Robert make sure food is served and good. Thankful for the feeling that Michael is safe when i leave.

My Mother was there for rehab and I would highly recommend Westley Place. The staff was wonderful and caring. They seemed to go out of their way to make her stay a pleasant one. I now tell everyone that I come in contact with about this place. Definitely 5 stars

After many months of trying on my own, I finally accepted that my 92 year-old mother needed more care than I can give. After a brief stay in the hospital, I moved her into Wesley Place in Dothan, and I have not regretted it. To help her to have the best life possible, the staff determined that she should first enter the rehab unit. The environment is pleasant and comfortable and the entire staff is excellent. My mother has expressed to me and my husband, that she loves everyone on the staff and she is very happy there. Our interactions with the staff, in particular, Tonya (Thomas), Kirisha (Rahymes), Alexis (Reeves), Eddie (Johnson), and Robert (Forehand) have been, without exception wonderful, I only wish I could name them all. It is clear that they all enjoy providing a nurturing and supportive environment for there clients. It is always painful to acknowledge that your loved one has reached the point where they can not care for themselves as they once did, and that their needs are beyond your capabilities, I feel blessed to find a place where I know that she will be cared for like a member of the family.
