The social services and activities are amazing here. The social services director Angie and her staff are the best and you can tell they really care.

I had a family member there and it smelled bad ever time I was there. They had a cat running all over the facility. Which is not good if you have allergies against cats. Would Not Recommend this place.

Our family member has fallen multiple times with bruises to her face and stitches that looked gruesome that she was beat up not that she fell. They don’t give no therapy that they claim to. You try to talk to the supervisor and they say for three days straight she is in meetings. We have to call adult protective services to check on are family member because they don’t let her own mother visit her. We now have a lawyer.

Hope you love the smell of urine as this place reeks of it. You can't escape the strong smell of urine. The place seems dirty and is far from aesthetically pleasing as can be for the many who spend their last days on Earth here. I don't recall there being a friendly staff member. But I'm sure they make low wages while the owners reap the rewards of the high costs associated with these places. I wish they'd pay more and get better staff. My mother spent her last days here and I hate it that I lived in Tennessee and could not get her out of this dump. I did bring a big bottle of perfume and spray her and her room with it. She was never conscious but I'm sure she was glad to smell something other than urine. I don't remember what brand perfume it was, but apparently it was a decent brand as when my mother passed away, the bottle came up missing. She only had a small bag of belongings there so it was not hard to miss the one thing in the place that was pleasant. I suggest you skip this place if you can help it.

Patients are not taken care of in this facility, and the rooms are dirty, and some of the most unfriendly nursing staff works there.
