My mother has only been there about six weeks so far. She’s in the dementia wing. She’s a born complainer, but so far has had nothing bad to say about the place. She actually has said that she likes it there, and everyone has been nice to her. Obviously, she has dementia so her memory is not the best but every time I have visited her, she has been happy and healthy looking. She likes the food and the staff also. Every time I visit I find the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The place appears clean and my mom always looks clean with clean hair also. When she was first admitted, I read all the bad reviews and was worried to be honest. I was told they have some new staffing and they are trying to improve things but to be honest I have nothing to complain about at all so far!!
