Skilled Nursing Services
Licensed Nurses are on duty 24/7 to assist with your medical needs. They are prepared to enhance residents’ care, recovery, and independence in many ways including:

Respite Care Stays:
For families taking care of their loved ones at home, it can become challenging, overwhelming, and stressful. We are able to offer residents the same care they can receive at home, for the duration of their stay with us. Whether the resident’s families want to take a short vacation or just need a break, their loved ones can stay with us until they are ready to bring them back home.
Long – Term Care
Encompassing the entire continuum of care, Westpark Healthcare Center provides long-term care to individuals requiring assistance with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing and administration of medicine. Westpark Neurology specializes in the transition from a home or hospital to a nursing facility. Depending on individual condition, some residents may have to stay longer than short-term. We offer many ways to make that transition stream-lined by offering a rich environment filled with activities and dedicated caregivers.
Rehabilitation
Recovery from significant surgery, injury, or illness may create the need for rehabilitation. It is our priority to have our patients back home as soon as possible. Our on-site therapy focuses on helping patients regain their independence. The Joseph E. Coury Therapy Center offers a 1500 square foot “return to home” replica. It is similar to the environment the rehabilitation residents will face upon returning home.
