This past year I had to find a skilled nursing facility that handles people with traumatic brain injuries and accepted my loved one's insurance. Not an easy task as most places had waiting lists or accepted only private insurance. I was told about West Side House in Worcester and have been very satisfied with the care my loved one is getting. The staff is caring, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend this facility to others in my situation.

I could write so much. And I have, but they somehow removed my review. My husband of 27 years came here able to walk with a cane and was wheelchair bound and died on a ventilator after just 2 years here. Visits are not permitted without prior approval, which they seemed to never give me for the last year of his life. He went to VERY few medical appointments. This is a FOR PROFIT organization. They have no continuing care and are disguised as a facility to help those with TBI. Avoid at ALL costs. I will never give up my mission to expose this "organization" for what it is. I owe that much to my late beloved.
