I love west hickory heaven the staff are very nice the management team is absolutely awesome I greatly appreciate and will recommend anyone to the facility

My mom was there for 3 days instead of 3 weeks. We had to pull her out of there! (1) She had a roommate that was semi conscious and moaning constantly (2) The best that they could do for my dad to spend time in the room was to provide him a hard folding chair. (3) It was dirty. (4) Meds were inconsistent and not tracked visibly. Unfortunately there is so much demand for this sort of facility it was full anyway! Tragic. We found another facility that was night and day better.

I am a nurse with Brighton Hospice and I have some patients that reside in this facility and I will say I absolutely love how involved the staff is. Not just the nurses and the CNAs, everyone cares and is so involved from social work to activities. They CARE. They have a doctor and two nurse practitioners that see all of the patients and ensure they are receiving the best care. They always have great activities throughout the day and church services. This is my favorite facility I visit and recommend it to other patients and their families I see! It really feels like a home here. 10/10

West Hickory Haven is a wonderful, clean and caring community facility. Its staff are caring and know each of the residents by name. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West Hickory Haven to any of my friends or relatives.

My Mom has been a resident at this facility for about 2 years. All of the staff have been very friendly and caring. All of the Activities staff are great with all of the residents. The CNA's I have dealt with are caring with my Mom.
