My mom was recently placed there after she had a bad fall. Not even 1 week in, she called me crying saying how she’s very uncomfortable and that the staff are mistreating her. The CNA’s take forever to come and help my mom and whenever they do help her they are always complaining saying things like “this is too much poo” or “why you pee yourself”. Why are they complaining when you are literally getting paid to clean your patients up?! My mom had wet herself because she been pressing the call light and yelling for help for about 30 Plus minutes and nobody came and helped her then when somebody finally came they turned their backs on my mom and she had to clean her pee up herself. Half the staff there are terrible and no patient there should be getting neglected. It don’t make no sense and this place should be shut down completely!

I want to compliment Erin, one of the social workers that helped my sister when she first got there. It’s the only reason I give 4 stars. My sister wasn’t getting adequate treatment when she first got there. Also, her room had no working phone or a call bell. They gave her a bell to ring for assistance and most of the time didn’t hear it. Erin was able to move her to a different room with better care a working phone and a call bell. She checked on my sister frequently. I hope she gets the credit she deserves from management. Thank you Erin
