My mother was only here for less then two months. Every single member of this staff was so amazing that I feel an obligation to tell those that might be sitting in the fence, or have question concerning the staff at Wesley Court Assisted Living... When my mother went from being able to care for herself in an independent living facility, to needing a much higher level of care overnight, I was overwhelmed... Overwhelmed, clueless, and somewhat intimidated. The only thing I knew to do was Google - highly rated independent living facilities reasonably priced near me. Wesley Court was second on the list with a 4.8 star rating... After my first phone call with Kimberly I knew this was on my short list. She went above and beyond, educated me, put me at ease, and gave me a really good feeling about this facility.... I didn't ask for, certainly didn't expect for her to offer up her personal cell phone number to me unprompted. She tells me I can call anytime except for 7:00 to 9 on Wednesdays because those are the hours that she's in church... WOW! At the previous facility that my mother was in the prior 6 years, no one ever did that, and wouldn't expect them to. I wish I could remember everyone's name to shine a light on the amazing job that they all did. Just know that I experienced every person genuinely care for and love on my mother and every other resident that I witnessed them interact with. My mother's health deteriorated very rapidly one evening. Tina Henson, the Director of Nursing went above and beyond what her job requires, or what I expected from her. On this particular evening, in the wee hours of the morning, Tina came in and sat by my mother's bed for hours until her condition improved. This was during Tina's time off... WOW! I personally witnessed the nurse, upon learning that my mother had passed away, run out of the room crying. She had only known my mother for a very short period of time... WOW! To all the staff at Wesley Court, I can't thank you enough for the care that you provided to my mother and the peace of mind that you gave me and my sister... THANK YOU!!!
