The main entrance is not secured. Anyone can walk into the lobby at any hour of the day or night. Despite management indicating "That we have security protocols in place," they don't. Here's an example: I was visiting my Mother, who lives there, a few months ago. I went out to dinner with friends and returned very late (around 2:00 AM). After parking my car, I walked to the front door of the building, pressed the entrance tab, and walked into the lobby. There is no security protocol, at least none for after business hours. I discussed this with the manager the next day, and he basically just gave me some BS excuse. The management needs to secure the lobby and ensure that everyone entering the building after hours has a FOB ( not a code) to access the building. The lack of a secure entrance is a huge risk to the residents and a liability for the corporate owners of this facility. One would think the corporate owner of this facility is aware that such security laspes can lead to very undesirable circumstances.
