My mom lived in the memory care center and I appreciate the kindness and attention that she had there. The staff were attentive to her and were helpful to my father during his daily visits to my mom.

This place is a joke. It is understaffed, with the result that more often than not my mother-in-law does not get her every-other-day bath. There is no one in the front of the building on weekends; I could walk in and make off with all the furnishings and office supplies and no one would know. That means that there is no one to answer the phone if you want to know, like I just did, what happened when my mother-in-law was transported to the hospital yesterday after a fall. She isn't answering her cell phone, so we have no idea where she is and no one is there to answer the phone and tell us. We could have her in an $800 apartment and have Home Instead come in every day and get better care for her for less money.
