We moved my mom to Wenatchee Memory Care after having a difficult experience at another memory care community. It often felt like they were understaffed, and there were times when it seemed like only one caregiver was trying to care for everyone. We knew we needed to find a place where she would receive more attention and support.<br>Moving her to Wenatchee Memory Care was the right decision for our family. One of the biggest differences we've noticed is that there are always several caregivers available, and they're friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to the residents. My mom has settled in well, and it's a huge relief knowing she's in a place where people truly care about her.<br>The community is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what means the most is the quality of care. We finally have peace of mind knowing my mom is safe and well looked after.

I would not recommend this memory care facility to anyone looking for a safe and respectful environment for their loved one. From the moment you walk in, there is a strong and persistent smell of urine, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and overall care standards. Even more troubling is the presence of violent or aggressive residents without what appears to be adequate supervision or intervention. This creates an unsafe and unsettling environment, especially for vulnerable individuals who require specialized care. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of meaningful activities or engagement for residents. For a memory care facility, providing stimulation and structured activities is essential, yet that appears to be missing here. Overall, this facility does not meet basic expectations for safety, hygiene, or quality of life. I strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before placing a loved one here.

I have only amazing things to say about Wenatchee Memory Care! The care they provide for my dad is outstanding, really giving him the attention he needs as his body and mind betray him. It's a scary time for him, and they do everything they can to make him comfortable and happy. It's a scary time for me too - not knowing how to care for him - and they put my mind at ease. Every member of the staff is fantastic, but I have to say that Jess Khantiok is especially patient and caring. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes out of her way to help my dad and me. Thank you, Jess!
