Update: Im changing my review until things improve . My dad has gotten care threw this agency a few years and its been decent until 2026..I was happy with services at first. Ive noticed with multiple caregivers from this agency, alot of them will do the bare minimum chores. They dont take any initiative and clean anything unless they are asked. There is a careplan they read prior to the shift, why wait around to be asked to do something. Read the care plan and do your job. Or alot of caregivers they sent to my house just want to sit around and " socialize only". We've had chores half way done, caregivers on phones during shifts. One caregiver fell asleep in my living while on shift. We had a no call no show once and a caregiver who wasnt respecting rules with VA transporting. I finally started talking to V.A who is funding my dads caregiving hours and when I told them everything they were not thrilled and agreed that this was BARE MINIMUM services. They were not happy. I feel bad for veterans who dont have any family members over seeing how they are cared for. Alot of Veterans and seniors probably get the bare minimum services threw this agency. I feel like alot of thier caregivers want to sit around and socialize and do bare minimum for chores. I know socializing is part of caregiving, but alot of these caregivers taking advantage of it and socializing only. Or they rush threw chores or do them half way to rush to be on thier phones the rest of the shift. The VA said we can switch agencies, but I do give Serngetti credit thier boss and higher ups are trying really hard to make things right and finally sent us decent help. I hate that it had to take me lighting a fire under thier butts to get decent help though. So thats why I left 2 stars instead of one star. I think it took me getting mad and vocal about the sittuatuon, contacting the VA and holding this agency accountable to get better care. Now they wanna work hard and im cool with it. Ill change my review back to 5 stars if the next few months go better with the agency.<br>If you go threw this agency for a family member, pay attention and make sure chores are getting completed ( not half way done) and make sure the caregivers arent on thier phones or socializing only. Sorry to change my review but Im big on accountability and im holding them accountable.

My experience with Serenghetti was phenomenal and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance caring for an elderly loved one in the home. The level of expertise and genuine compassion that everyone from Serenghetti showed in helping our family was amazing. We simply could not have provided the level of care that we did without their help. Heartfelt Thanks to everyone at Serenghetti. You are all so amazing.
