Older facility. Kept up very well. Friendly Staff works quickly to correct issues. Building being upgraded over time to increase comfort and reduce utility costs.

An older facility. Rooms are quite small. Might be okay for one person. We are a couple and our current furniture would not be able to fit in such a small space. However, Units could be decorated quite nicely for a cozy living space with small sized furniture and not too much of it. I don't believe that a queen or king size bed would fit in the bedroom. We were told that the rent can be adjusted depending on the income of the tenant and includes one meal per day.

My Mother just moved in. They staff at Garden Terrace are so accommodating and kind. They made my mom's transition into her new apartment very easy and simple. I couldn't have found a better home for her. The buffet style dinner is restaurant quality and lots of choices. Mom has already become more outgoing and independent. This is not an assisted living or type of nursing home. It is an apartment complex for adults while inspiring residents to be social. I love how everything is included, power, water,sewer, garbage, cable , internet, phone, laundry and mail boxes are in the building. There is always someone there for any issues they might have. The building is completely protected and locked, keeping residents safe and giving them piece of mind. Love Garden Terrace
