My mother actually chose this place herself when she started a decline in health. I am so happy she is there. They keep her active and make sure she is okay. Very friendly staff, too.

The staff was consistently professional, kind, and responsive, creating a supportive environment that felt reassuring for both residents and families.<br><br>The facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear the team takes pride in the quality of care they provide. Our family is incredibly grateful to Colonial Vista Post Acute for the outstanding care and support they provided during a very stressful time. They worked tirelessly to help us coordinate my mother-in-law’s transfer from Harborview and went above and beyond to make sure she was admitted to rehab over the weekend, when so many places would have asked us to wait.<br><br>From the very beginning, the team was compassionate, responsive, and determined to make the transition as smooth as possible. They communicated with us every step of the way and truly advocated for her to get the care she needed without unnecessary delays.<br><br>When she arrived, they welcomed her warmly and did everything they could to make her comfortable and accommodate her needs.
