Your building can be older, your living area can be small, you can be short staffed, BUT there is NO excuse for filthy. I just visited a friend here and could not believe the uncleanliness and clutter Everywhere.

The activities are varied and fun, and I love seeing how happy the residents are. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is more like home than a clinical setting. I also appreciate how accessible the administration is; I can always call with a question or concern, and they are quick to respond.

This nursing home has made an incredible turnaround. The improvements under the new leadership are clear—from the professionalism of the staff to the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the facility. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. Highly recommend giving this place another look if you haven’t been in a while!

I have seen huge amounts of change over at the facility. There is new leadership that has made a difference in the feel and overall experience at Wellsprings. Staff members are outstanding and you can tell really care for the residents here. Excited to see new paint on the walls. It’s is great to see leadership give back and improve this facility for the residents!

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! Filthy, Scary, and disgusting. The only reason for the one star is the staff. They were wonderful , but understaffed and overworked. This place should be shut down. Feces all over the place, filthy, food was atrocious, broken down beds. Please , please, do not take even your worst enemy here. Plus, their website is a freaking joke!!! it is not even close to state of the art or updated!
