I would definitely give this place 1 star and less if I could, the management (Director is DeeDee) is very unprofessional, along with other staff members. The residents are name called, laughed at and handled aggressively as well as not changed frequently. The kitchen is full of ants and roaches, and the food is 90% frozen or canned. There is a lack of care for the quality of life of the residents and a lack of care for the staff members. I would recommend taking your loved one somewhere else.<br><br>The Building is so called on budget how when you have residents paying to leave there<br>they lock supplies up in another room we are un able to use it<br><br>new managment needed this is why the building in going in the hole .<br><br>. I am sure there are a few direct care workers who do have empathy and care for the residents and I am sorry you can not be recognize for your good work. Unfortunately I do not think this can be said about any of your management.<br><br>WHERE ARE THE OWNERS SEEK NEW MANAGEMENT STAFF THIS BUILDING CAN DO BETTER<br><br>ALL THEY DO IS EAT AND GOSSIP IN THE OFFICE DEEDEE ,THE GAY MAINTAINCE MAN AND CRYSTAL

Wellington Oaks is a wonderful space for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The daily activities create an engaging environment where residents can continue to feel involved in the community while navigating life changes. The director is approachable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring and supportive memory care unit for their loved one.

Everyone here is professional and polite. They deal with a lot and I appreciate their patience with my mother. She is well taken care of here. The staff and nurses go above and beyond for my mother and I am greatly appreciative of them for that.

We found the place to be delightful. Clean. The staff was professional and approachable . The director was very approachable and knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a memory care unit for their loved ones.
