Love the classes for seniors. Would give this more stars if not for the security staff. Rude, racist and ageist. Especially Chrystal, supposed head of security, a chunky Latina with a bad attitude. If you’re Chinese and a senior and has a class at 9am, she won’t let you in til 9am so you're consistently late. Today at 8:45am when I told her that I was helping the instructors with chairs and mirrors, she says “it doesn’t take 15 minutes to move chairs,” “you should know better,” “the instructor’s not in.” How does she know what and how we’re moving, where is the 9am policy posted that I should know better, and actually the instructor was in. Chrystal however has a big smile and a greeting if you’re white and young, even if you don’t have a center ID. Then her smile drops and a glare comes on if an Asian elder appears. If there is a door policy then they need to post this in a big sign and on each floor. If they only let us in on the dot, then they need to push all the classes back so we get the full class time.
